Hello I just wanted to say , I have been a patient of The Linden house surgery for about 5 years and my regular GP is Doctor Hagley , I just wanted to say that everyone at the Surgery including the Receptionists the Nurses and any of the GPs I have seen have always been top class . but my special thanks goes out to Doctor Hagley as this Lady has so much patience with me , shows so much care and compassion in my problems Doctor Hagley sits and listens and explains things to me so I can understand . I know this is a short Thank you e-mail but the Surgery and Doctor Hagley deserve a lot of praise under such difficult circumstances ,I am not one of those people that say it is their job to do it because I certainly could not do anything like any of the Linden House staff have to do , I hope this makes sense Kind Regards

Email from a patient - I just wanted you to know how brilliant I think your practice nurse Jane Fraser is at her job! Today was my son's 1 year vaccinations, which as I’m sure you are aware is difficult for both him and me as his mother, no mummy likes to see their baby upset so I find it very difficult to take him to these appointments (obviously I know it’s for the greater good but I can’t help from feeling horrible for putting him through it!) Today Jane asked me if I wanted to feed him while she did it. I was so pleased by her attitude towards breast feeding, many people assume that the normal is that babies are on a bottle by 1 and are surprised by ‘extended’ breastfeeding, but Jane made me feel very empowered by my decision to nurse my son as long as I wanted and treated it like it was very normal. Being able to feed my son through his injections helped enormously with his comfort and she let him finish the feed before I left.

I've been to the surgery a few times and the staff are great. You can get blood tests done at the surgery so no waiting time. I've always been seen on time for an appointment and they are easy to get. Good interactions feel like I am being listened to. This has been my fourth practice and they are the best.
